Dairy-Free Island Peach Smoothie
Holy peach!
I never get sick of smoothies and that's because I am constantly mixing and matching the flavors. I am usually inspired by what's in season which is what my body tends to crave. Well, all over the markets this summer you'll find peaches and I am loving them up.
You'll find peaches (and nectarines) in my morning
but most of the time I'll just slice them raw and eat for breakfast or an evening snack. Peaches were also the star of the show at a picnic-style wedding I went to in
where they had peach pie instead of wedding cake!!
I loved that!
Pie anyone?
I hope you enjoy this delicious, refreshing, creamy and satisfying breakfast smoothie that for sure captures the peachy flavors of the season. This smoothie has protein, fiber and tons of healthy fats to keep you going all morning long. Enjoy!
